Member of the state parliament steffen vogel (CSU) from theres points out demand means, which flee to the district habberge. The money comes from two pots. On the one hand, four municipalities benefit, and on the other hand, the associations in the district receive support.
The bavarian urban development program 2020 is set up. This year, some 191 million euros are available for 406 cities and municipalities. "We have stabilized state funding for urban development at a high level", is pleased steffen vogel. The funds from the bavarian urban development program benefit smaller towns and communities in rural areas in particular. "It is intended, for example, to help municipalities focus on internal development and use vacant properties to keep their town centers attractive and livable." Clarifies vogel.
In the district of habberge, the town of zeil benefits from urban redevelopment measures and individual projects with a demand sum of 1148,000 euros. For the demand initiative "indoors instead of outdoors the municipality of aidhausen is receiving 776,000 euros for a project in happertshausen, as well as the municipality of bundorf (town center project) 990,000 euros and the town of hofheim (old town project) 160,000 euros.
"The goal is to secure and maintain vital municipalities as anchor points for the provision of public services", vogel makes it clear.
More money for the associations
The member of the state parliament also points to an increased flat rate for associations for 2020. The funds available in the 2020 budget year will be increased from around 20 million euros to around 40 million euros for the so-called association lump sum, according to his statements. "This measure is intended to support the bavarian sports and protection clubs in the corona crisis in an unbureaucratic and fast way, without additional administrative burden", the mandatstrager, who is also a member of the budget committee of the bavarian state parliament, is pleased to report.
"For the district of habberge, this means a demand amount of over 247 000 euros for the calculated membership units for 2020. This means over 120,000 euros more support for our associations than in the previous year", adds vogel. The delegate himself is chairman of the working group "civic engagement and volunteerism" of the of the CSU state parliamentary group and a member of the board of trustees of the "zukunftsstiftung ehrenamt des freistaates bavern" (foundation for the future of volunteering in the state of bavaria) and is very pleased that the financial resources made available have been increased and that associations and volunteering are thus being given more support at this time
